How to Request Account Deletion

    Provide your name and the email address associated with your Ringnote account.

    Send the request

    Click the button to open your email client with a pre-filled message. You may also email us directly at ringnoteai@gmail.com.

  3. 3
    Confirmation

    We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once your account data has been permanently deleted.

What Gets Deleted

  • ✓ Account profile (name, email address, phone number)
  • ✓ Unique authentication identifiers
  • ✓ Operational and system logs associated with your account

What Is Kept & Retention Period

  • — Limited records required by law, tax obligations, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained for the period required by applicable regulations.
  • — Your local note content, summaries, and reminders are stored only on your device. To delete them, clear the app cache in your device settings or uninstall the app. We cannot remotely delete data that never leaves your device.
